To our Tax Exempt & Resale Customers,

In order to enjoy the privilege of not paying Sales & Use Tax on your Auction & Liquidation purchases, we will need a completed and signed copy of the Multi-Jurisdictional form known as the "Uniform Sales & Use Tax Certificate".

The current exception to the single, Multi-State form above is the state of Florida.  If you make purchases at a sale in the state of Florida, then we need a copy of your actual Sales & Use Tax Permit/Certificate issued by your home state (various states have slightly different names for this document) AND a completed "Florida Non-resident Exemption Form" OR the Florida Resident Certificate that was supplied to Florida companies with their Florida Sales & Use Tax Permits.
